All Dolls are exactly as described, all dolls when they come in are professionally cleaned and stored, I do not resell poor condition dolls, all dolls go under magnification, all dolls heads are removed as to search out neck splits, I do not resell dolls that have neck splits, nose nips, hair cuts, missing eyebrows, missing fingers or green ear disease, this of course means less dolls in stock but the dolls I do have in stock are extremely nice condition dolls, yes you will pay a bit more for a doll but you will receive no unexpected surprises, like Ebays hidden vintage Barbie pinhole dolls or Ebays re-glued neck split dolls with no refund, ''AS IS''. This is year 7 for my doll website, only 1 returned doll, no returned bits or pieces out of hundreds sold, I'm really very proud of that.

The vintage dolls, boxes, clothing, bits and pieces I buy and sell may or may not have odors, I buy dolls from every walk of life, God only knows where and how theses dolls have been stored over the years.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT:

Phone or email first to hold an item.  It will be held for 10 days to receive payment.  If payment is not received within 10 days, merchandise on hold may become available to another buyer.

I accept credit cards through PAYPAL, money orders, personal checks, but the item will not be shipped until the check has cleared, usually takes around 12 to 14 days before checks clear. Money orders and Personal Checks must be made out to ''Monica Wheeler'', I can not accept money orders are checks if they are not payable to ''Monica Wheeler'', if I receive a money order or check made out to Monica's Dolls I will send it right back to you un-cashed.

SHIPPING:

I will ship by U.S. Post office an will not ship without insuring.  Most packages are under $5.00, but prices do vary depending on weight and the price of the item insured. No shipments outside the USA.

Awaiting payment or the doll has went into layaway program but the doll may come up for sale again if the payments are not received. 

REFUNDS:

I will not refund items never removed from box.  I cannot guarantee them after they leave my hands.  Opened items must come back the way I sent them.  No re-combed hair, no missing pieces, no paint alterations, etc . or I will ship them right back to you. Refunds will only be processed if your return date is within 12 days from the date you received the merchandise. You will pay for the shipping and insurance on the returned item(s).

LAYAWAY PLAN:

If you cannot pay your bill in full, I will hold the item(s) for 3 months while you make your payments, items totaling more than $250.00 only.  At the end of three months the total is not paid in full, the amount you have paid in will be refunded to you but a $50.00 dollar service charge will apply , the $50.00 will be deducted from your total before your payment is returned.

N.R.F.B. - Never removed from box..

M.I.B. - Mint in box, crispy clean, un-played with, may or may not have been taken out of box/package then set aside, never used.

Near Mint - Looks un-played with, very clean, taken out of box/package then set aside, never used.

Excellent - Clean, lightly played with, may or may not have a few tiny flaws, will be mentioned..

Very Good - Clean, played with, overall nice condition, may or may not have a few flaws displays nice.

Good - Heavily Played with, imperfections will be mentioned.

Poor - tattered, soiled, many imperfections, tears, holes, will be mentioned.
